Welcome

While it may be tempting at times, resident parking in the Visitor Parking spaces is strictly prohibited. An HOA resolution passed in 2004 and updated in 2019 that restricts the use of these spaces to guests only. Exceptions may be made for residents when a driveway is being sealed or some other temporary event is taking place. This serves as a Notice that the HOA is enforcing this parking policy.

Remember, before you make any exterior modifications to your property, such as replacing your deck, roof, windows or painting shutters, etc. you must get approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). please find the needed forms below.
