Items discussed at the meeting:
American Disposal Trash Removal Contract
Board discussed and negotiated the trash removal proposal with the account managers, Ms Nicole Zilleruelo and Peter Accolla from American Disposal. American disposal to revise the proposed contract and send to BOD for their approval / signature.
Reinaldo to follow up with American Disposal and present/mail the new contract to board.
Board reviewed the 2007 budget. Changes were recommended for specific expense categories and clarification was sought from Koger on specific expenses.
Reinaldo/Howell to make the necessary changes and email revised budget and clarification to board.
October 2006 To Do List
Board reviewed the October “To Do List” with Reinaldo Salva.
Reinaldo to follow up on all open items
There was a motion to adjourn annual meeting. There was a second. Vote was unanimous. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 pm.
